Yes, completely free and with no obligation. You get a written price and one follow-up call, and that is it. Most people compare a few quotes and we are happy to be one of them.
Yes. Fascias, soffits, guttering and dry verge are a big part of what we do, and they are usually worth sorting at the same time as the roof while the access is already up.
Yes, we carry full public liability insurance and we are happy to email a copy of the certificate before any work starts. Just ask.
All of our workmanship. If something fails because of the way we fitted it, we come back and put it right at no cost, for 15 years. Materials are covered separately by the manufacturer's own warranty.

For repairs, no, you pay on completion once you are happy with it. For a full re-roof we take a materials deposit once the job is booked, then the balance when the work is finished.
